Have you tried dialling 5499 to see if your Voice Mail answers? That will tell you if you have the right group number to start with.

Sounds like her direct line may be ringing a group that she may be the only member in that group and group calls do not follow station forwarding.

I have not contacted the dealer. Our contract ran out with our previous service provider and the company decided to for go renewing it.

Also the mail box works before 8am but after the it dosent work.

If that the case, it's probably in a ring group as the previous poster stated. Your ring plan probably changes at 8:00am. To determine the exact problem and to make any other changes, you will need to get into tech level programming.

You probably should contact your dealer for assistance. You shouldn't need to be under a contract for service. They will probably just charge you for a service call.
