Dear sir,
let me intoduce my self,my name abedalsalam,im junior engineer in jordan .
i have problem with Officeserv DataView

I have a problem with DataView,Now i will describe it :
1.The system as shown FIG.1


I installed Officeserv Link V3 for muliple switch connection Version 3.0.0.3 on the CTI server .
also I installed Officeserv DataView Version 1.5.1.6,Microsoft SQL Server 2000 home edation on another computer .
The CTI server,the OS7100 & The computer is connected using Router .

After i connected the Dataview on the computer with CTI Server Successfully.
i go to SMDR/UCD Message Monitor on the CTI server, then i recevied the RABISH data (Corrupted data )in message contents .


Why the data is corrupted as figure above ? this is the first question .

Also i have another problem,on the computer that I installed the DataView on it .
the following messaage is repeated :

"Data Manager of the Officeserv DataView(SQL) has encountered aproblem and needs to close"


Please i need your help as soon as possible to solve these questions.


Please you can help me to find solution for this problem as soon as possible.

You are running an old version of dataview.
You will need to contact your dealer or samsung tech support if you are a dealer.

As for the SMDR/UCD, make sure you connect it to the correct port, from memory the default port is incorrect, you can find out the port from the options screen in OS Link

please you can tell me in step by step, how i can identify the correct port number for SMDR/UCD ,ALSO related MMC .

Thank You for joining the forum. I hope that you have plenty of informative learning here. Please read here and understand that we are not here to teach user's how to do installer certified programming. The reason for the vague answers you are receiving is this, if you were an certified installer you would understand what you were told. If an unqualified person screws up a phone system. How does that brands name look after a while?.

You may receive Pm's with exact instruction as we have no control over that. But we always advise on user or admin functions in the open forum. Feel free to pm any of the highly qualified installers here with your request. I am sure that many will charge a very minimal fee to get you set up and running.
