We installed a OS7400 system all phones are ITP except for the three receptionists. All admin phones are ITP5121 and can call record. Except the three dgitals. They are on a 8x8 combo all three with AOM. I have check the mmc COS, all are the same and have VM Rec enabled and VM Arec enabled. Also the button programming has CR with the extender. Anyone have this issue before or suggestions?

This may sound stupid but did you make sure the 3 digital phones have mailboxs. what software level are you on.

Try to record a quick memo on those extensions to make sure their mailboxes are working (as in press ##)

Yeah, thats what it was. There was mailboxes created. But what I think happened was in mmc xxx mailbox and ext weren't on so when we I did a restart those three didn't come back. Thanks! Usually is something easy.
