We have a virtual ext 6000 (node A) and were trying to forward all calls that go to ext 6000 from node A to node B. We set up the virtual ext and forward all calls to ext 2300 (on node b) but when you dial 6000 from node A it just rings but, not ext 2300. We can intercom between nodes and access trunks from one node to the other and vice versa. The 6000 range of ext's is on node A and we have one on node B. We want it so it when anyone dials 6000 it actually goes to ext 2300.
This seems like it should be simple

SPNET calls are classed as EXT calls. Are you calling ext 6000 internally from Node A or via a DID?
If int do you have ICM EXT FWD turned on the in appropriate MMC?
What does the SMDR output show when this call happens?

Yes we are calling ext 6000 internally from node A. I will check icm ext fwd. Let me ask..this type of call would be classified as a external call? So icm ext fwd would need to be enabled?

For any networked system, ICM Ext Fwd should be set to yes.
