We ( I mean the sales dept did this) got involved with a DX80. We are tasked with installing a 8 port Digital Station Module. We have never worked on one of these. We have a couple of questions.
A. Does the system need to be shutdown when this board is inserted?
b. Does the card need to be programmed for the new extensions or does it automatically allocate extension numbers and setup default key settings on the phones.
We did find a manual online but there is no mention about either of my questions.
