Well we got the whole thing fixed, replaced the RAM 2 so it saves the programming when the power goes out, and now it's not saving the CID. It shows the name (or number) when someone dials in, but it's not saved in the memory. We had the CID block set to 50 for all stations. I set it down to 10 per station yesterday and it started saving them again, but I noticed this morning it stopped saving them again. Bad RAM 2 cartridge? At this point we're down to fix it ourselves, or get rid of it and buy a 2 line phone system from Staples.

What version is the system? I remember a revision that wouldn't save the CID information. Does anyone know if Samsung supports this product any more?

1.7 - that's the version we had before. It /was/ saving CID on this card and now it's stopped so I'm thinking the RAM 2 cart is bad, but I want to make sure that's not it. I suspect it's the same RAM 2 cart and the battery was replaced, but I'm not positive.
