I have a customer complaining that the message waiting light doesn't light right away when they get a message. Sometimes it doesn't light till the next day. It doesn't happen all the time. I was just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem before. This is the second customer that has called with this problem.

Make sure you only have 1 ext and 1 mbx built and also make sure the mbx is paired with the ext.
