I'm having trouble with a ucd group that is routed to from a routing box. I have an all ring ucd that rings 3 ext's then should go to a voicemail box. I have the overflow 1 routed to an ext. that works ok till 2 calls ring to the group at the same time. This causes the voicemail system to be busy on all 4 ports. Then you have to reset the system. Any help would be great thanks Scott

yes it should be. The overflow 1 destination should be the MB you want it to terminate in and 433 should be the re-route. No destination set for the overflow 2.
