I recently bought a used DCS Compact phone system. I did the install myself and have managed to figure out most of the programming to get the phones to do what I need them to do. The only thing I am still having trouble with is the hold button. Currently when you place an incoming call on hold it can only be picked back up at the station. I need to be able to place an incoming call on hold at any station and be able to pick it up at any station. Any help would be appreciated . Thank you.

I could be wrong, but it sounds like you don't have any DT keys programmed and the call is on a CALL key on the phone. You should program a DT key for each line on each phone.

Yes Sir, you are correct I did not have any DT keys programmed. They are now programed and working perfectly. Thank you for the help.
