I have a customer that wants to change the main greeting. Is that something we can talk them through on the phone and if so what are the steps.

Yes you can give them my number and I will talk them through. :rolleyes:

All kidding aside why not just give them a copy of the admin guide for the voicemail. You can download it through GSBN.
