Is DataView standard to the Officeserv7200 installation?
when I look at the system features I see listed:

OfficeServ Easyset
OfficeServ Call
OfficeServ Operator
OfficeServ Softphone
OfficeServ Dataview

It is not standard.It is one of Samsung CTI apllications. It is an available feature on all 7000 series platforms, but requires licensing and software purchase.

Also, you won't be able to operate it w/o OfficeServ Link and a capable windows XP Pro PC.
