This is weird. I had a recent post re: svmi 16e on a 500 system crashed. Found the date was set to year 2070. So i'm thinking customer went and changed system date/time in admin programming and entered wrong digits. Now today I get a call from a customer with a 100 system with svmi 4e with voicemail crashed. I had her go into system date/time program and it was set to year 2070! Anyone else seen this?

Had a DCSC w/svmi4e,500 w/svmi8e and a 100 w/svmi4e do it yesterday on us we caught them all from your recent post. The compact and 500 are confirmed but the 100 we are waiting to here back from the dealer on. He said the date was correct in 505 but the company had come in and changed the time so it may have been 2070 and changed the vm to 2070. After some testing on a 100 w/svmi4e found that once the vm goes to 2070 and you change the year in 505 the only way I could get vm back up was to manually set vm back to correct date.

Just had it happen today on a DCS Compact with SVMI4 not 4E. Changing it in the system then rebooting the voicemail worked on the old 4 but have had multiple E's that you hade to go to DOS and change the date before it would come back up. Also the 4 dropped to DOS when the year was wrong where all the E's go into FTP mode.

I talked to Thomas at Samsung today and asked if he had ever heard of this before. He said they have had a few cases of the year being wrong but always brushed it off as the customer fat fingering it.I have a hard time believing we all fat fingerd the same year.
