I will be installing some remote IP phones and I am trying to find VLan information. I have looked at GSBN and cannot find it. Is the VLan preset on the IP phones? What type of VLan? Questions like that. Has anyone done this before and where did you find the information?

Vlaning is certainly possible on the Samsung ITP-51xx and SMT-ixxxx series of IP handsets.

You can have separate vlans for the lan and pass-through ports.

Thanks for the information about the new software. There have been a couple of issues, but I just blame the link between sites. For the most part it is working quite well.
