System 7200 V4.42a.
Call center application: Softphone user receives calls using headset, when a second call begins to ring while on the first call the first call volume cuts so low hard to hear. Putting the call on hold and picking up again returns call to proper volume. Have played with softphone audio adjustments, including AGC.
Anyone else experience this problem, and have a solution?

5112L has the same problem. I currently have a open ticket on it tech support can not resolve it they are suppose to take the ticket to product level and see if Korea can correct it.

What SW version of the softphone? Try V 4.46a SW for PBX
Probably will help...
