Hi, all. Not sure if you guys remember some of my old posts but I couldnt get the CID to work on my system. I never got it to work so I decided to live without it. My new problem is that when an outside line calls in and dials an extension, it wont go to voicemail it just keeps ringing. If I dial an extension directly within the company it rings and goes to voicemail fine. There must be an MMC with a timer that is not set properly for outside calls. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure if it has been set up that way. It was working before but the system got reset and I've been trying to reprogram it. Do you know the MMC's I am suppose to check for?
