On a new installation we need to route an emergency number (0111) to an external call centre number. Actually there are various numbers for different classes of emergency but the principle remains the same. Have tried various things with Routing Tables, Routing Digits, etc but cannot hack it. Would appreciate any help.

It is possible to dial 0111 and have the end result be the digit be the string you want. Just need to set up to strip away the 0111 digits once they are dialed and modify/add the digits you want. A tech good with LCR delete and append digits.
