Howdy,
Dumb question, how/where do you set the off-hook selection on a set to grab an outside line?
I set 701, 800 and 9 in the Hot Line table (X.X.X) field and set the Off Hook Delay to 1 or zero and it doesn't do anything. Also, what does "T/S" refer to?

The T/S stands for Trunk or Station. Put a trunk group in the T/S field and set you timer to zero. Go off-hook from that station and it will grab a line.
