Has anyone seen this error before on their PRI? Carrier is saying everything is clean. However, if I look at the error report I will see 1/2 a dozen MJD01 (Sync errors) the day prior to the Bit Errors showing up. The Bit errors will be constant until I reset the PRI then everything works for a day or so and then the process repeats its self.

I have had simular occurances on older PRI software. I've used Adtran ACE CSU's to resolve it sometimes but have also found taking the PRI to current release 4.26 helps a lot of the times. Good Luck

Spoke with Tech support regarding this issue and I was informed that bringing the TEPRI card up in rev levels will most likely not help. I was informed that some of the OS100's backplanes have had issues with Telco circuits that come in as SIP trunks and then converted to a PRI by their routers, which is becoming very common in Vegas. He said if you look at the backplane there is a screw in the middle of the board next to the MEM slot, if the screw has ridges on the head the backplane should be fine, if it is smooth the backplane may very well be the issue.
Headed to site today to see which backplane I have.
