How can I reset a lost mailbox password? I have tried logging in to the system from my laptop and I do not recieve any data back from the voice mail. I noticed there is a socket for a dongle but it is missing. Can someone help? This is an SMVI4.

It's easier to do through a keyset using the voicemail's System Administration menus.

No dongle required but a db9 is there. If that is missing you will not be logging in with a pc.
To rest the password you can log into the admin box at 000 option 3 and change it to default.
