Hey everyone, I've been working on a Click 2 Dial addin for outlook 2003 / 2007 that allows you to dial your contacts from outlook using a samsung OfficeServ phone system. I need some help testing and would like anyones feedback. If you want to check it out send me a PM or check out the web page. https://www.northrivertechnologies.com/samsung.htm Thanks

Didn't work so well for me. I have the dial icon, but the three selections are grayed out and not clickable. There are numbers entered for the test contact also.
I will try rebooting. Handy little program if I can get it working.

Seems to work good. I have tested it on a iDCS 100 and a 7100 so far. I have used digital phones,VoIP phones and a softphone so far. The only problem I may have is it will not let me change systems or extensions on the fly. It makes me uninstall and reinstall to change ip address or extension number.Over all I think it is a great product.I do see an issue with if you have an extension attached to the end of the number it will not ignore it and dial the number and outlook does not have an extra box to enter the extension into.I will continue to test and play with it and follow up with you.

Can you not just put a couple of commas between where the number ends and the extension?
If it dials the same way modems (TAPI standard?) do, a comma in a dial string is a 2 second pause

I'm posting an update ... tomorrow that hopefully will take care of that it will stop dialing after any letters so if you put the phone number in as 555-555-555ext2 it should only dial 555-555-5555 I'm having troubles making the phone system wait, but the update also fixes some of the other issues other people have bought up ... thanks again for everyones input ... keep it coming

One more update everyone,
I had a couple requests for a custom dial box that will allow you to dial any number (copy and paste from an email) and to have it look up contact information if you click on an email from some one ...
please check out the new demo and let me know what you think ...
I will have the dealer signup site working hopefully next week, I hope to see you guy there.
Thanks for all the support

Is there any way you may be able to have it identify phone number schemes in the email and be able to double click the number and have it dial.
