I have a customer with 4 wireless smt-w5100 phones with 4 smt r2000 AP's. The are saying that all of the phones keep coming up with register fail. They can power cycle them and they will work for a while. I know that we recently updated all of the AP to the latest version and I am checking on the phone versions. Has anyone else seen this?

We have updated all of the phones and WAP's and they are still getting registry fail errors. The customer is saying it seems to happen when they put the phones on the charger or when they change batteries. When we go there and re-register the phones they work for awhile.

Here is the bug fixes for 1.8.4 I was on about.
W5100 will not reregister if powered off and then powered on if it was previously registered in SIP mode and in standard DHCP mode.
It fixed it for me in both sites where i was having the trouble. The only thing I can suggest is try using static and non sip mode and see if makes a difference, That is if you have them registered in sip mode and DHCP at the mo..

Does anybody know who would make an adapter for the Samsung 5100 wireless phone that will allow a user to get away from the USB connector headset only provided by Samsung? I have a client that doesn't like the Samsung earbud headset but is willing to buy the phones if I can find an adapter so he can use standard headsets found on the open market. Anybody have any ideas?

What I am looking for is an adapter for a micro 10 pin USB to a 2.5 that goes on the right side at the top of the SMT5100 phone. That connector looks like it would be too big for what I need. Thanks for trying!
