We have two idcs 500 systems linked and a couple itp5121D outside of both offices.
Can 1 person have three phones 1 at each location with the same extension / voicemail? Or 3 extensions with 1 voicemail?

Are you using just one centralized voicemail?
Multiple extensions can get messages into one mailbox.
I commented on similar earlier and my suggestion was to use voicemail to email notification on cell or laptop, you get 5 free voicemail to email accounts with SMVI-8 or similar 7000 product.

They have two seperate cabinates.
we have a couple people that have two phones in the same building. How do I go about combinding those to one voicemail box?
also how do i set up voicemail to email?
