Can I use a port other than 443 to get remote access to the voicemail on a OS7100.

Yes in your firewall/router put rule in place to route a differnt public port to private port 443. Then web browse to https://publicaddress:publicport

Yes, but I only have 1 public Ip and the data guys are using 443 for something else. I have 5003 and 5090 forwarded and can access the system fine, just cant get to the voicemail. Can I change ports in the Samsung system?

You would not be coming in on port 443 you could use port 444 have that port forward to internal ip address/port 443.

The internal port of the phone system is 10.0.1.175. I am trying to see if I can make installation tool use port 444 for access to the voicemail system instead of 443. I only have 1 public IP and 443 is being used for another application.

You would have a port forward rule in your router something like this. External port 444 forwarded to 10.0.1.175 port443, then you would login with https://publicipaddress:444, I have done this in the past and it usually works ok.

Some routers don't support port translations, or so I've been told by data people.
