I am looking for some end user "user guides" for dataview. What Samsung has published is more about how to set up dataview than how to actually configure reports. Need information on the following reporting:
1) How many calls did my call center recieve (call center set up with a DID to group 502) each day? 2) How many calls were abandoned in the call center? Daily, weekly, monthly report needed 3) How long was ext 20X on the phone with each caller? are some agents working quicker than others? 4) What were the average wait times in my group?
This is what i would consider "basic" information needed in call centers. for some reason i cannot get this information out of dataview.
any guidance is appreciated.
