I have a customer who is using the barge in to train new employees. The problem they are having is when they are barged in on a customer service call and customer service conferences on tech support thay lose the barge and can't barge back in. Does anyone know of a way around this?

If you have analog lines you could use a barge in unit that is tied to the lines themselves and then customer service could barge in using the Samsung barge in.
I put in a lot of the barge in units and still have a bunch of spares. You dial the code for the line that a trainee is using and if desired dial a * to barge into the call. Another Samsung phone could still barge into that call as you are doing a non-Samsung barge.

You might try turning on 1A2 Emulation on the lines.
