Ok I have new customer with existing idcs100 with PRI. I was trying to add new did for new emplyoee. I changed the did line 012 in MMC 714 to his ext. 227 for 1:227 and 2:227 for day and night ring. I call the line and rings 4 times and Auto Attnd. answers and does not ring on ext. 227. The phone has 3 call buttons assigned. I can't figure out whati'm missing. I could not find any did ring groups to program. Let me know if I missed something. And it was NOT on DND.
THanks, Jon

Are all the other DIDs going to the correct destination? Does it go to Auto Attnd. or to the station MBX? Does group 500/5000 overflow to VM after xxxSEC. ?
