I am running some reports and looking through the SQL database and for some reason the Caller ID numbers are not showing up in my data. It will not tell me what numbers are calling into a DID. It will show me a call was answered and how long the call was but not show the number the call came in from. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I recently setup Easyset, which captures the incoming SMDR records though OfficeServ Link to display the last 15 incoming and outgoing numbers for each Ext.
I found that changing the default SMDR configuration (Adding additional details) resulted in EasySet failing to properly process the Call Detail Records. Looks like Easyset was expecting a specific column format to the incoming SMDR data stream.
Not sure about DataView, But Easyset was doing a similar behaviour of missing incoming CID when I changed certain SMDR settings.
