Giving the reception a personal mailbox “O†calls that go unanswered at 201 or from 500 station group I have programmed - are able to leave a msg in 201’s mailbox as the general message center. I need to give her, her own mailbox and ringing flex key. What’s the best way to this, are there like (phantom / virtual) ringing call coverage key extensions I can assign and forward to it’s own mailbox with a msg key lamp?
The system is a 7100 with the new MP10a Thanks in advance.

Have "0" go to group 501 set up a MBX for 501 and either use a MW key or auto forward it to MBX 201. I dont understand what a ringing flex key is.

Sorry I meant a ringing call coverage key on a button like the Vodavi xts/sts.
So, "0" go to 501? in MMC or from the AA menu's 1001 / 1002 ?
