I'm having trouble setting up MOBEX. I have a generic walk through, but I can't find a MOBEX option under my Virtual Cabinet config under MMC 857.From my notes, there is supposed to be a MOBEX option in there. I have the proper version number installed.

Mobex on OS7200 is only available on 4.30 and later software AND requires a MP20 processor (I wasn't impressed that they did this)

You should be able to get help from a dealer in your area...

I have a doctor's office with an OS7200. Over the weekend carpenters unplugged the receptionist's phone and AOM to work around her desk but when she came in this morning and plugged in the phone and AOM the AOM's buttons would not work. It has busy lamps but the dss keys and day/night buttons will not work. It doesn't look damaged, and button programming looks ok. Have any ideas?

DRB you need to start a new post when starting a new topic please. But I htink the answer you are looking for is in AOM MASTER MMC. More than likley the AOM was plugged into the keyset jack and vice vera. You need to tell the system what extension is the master of the AOM again.
