Does anyone know where I can get the information for the ID and password for connecting the SoftPhone app? It doesnt seem to be any administrative passwords. I dont know if there is an area in the phone system to set these up or not. Any help would be great.

Softphone is treated the same way a physical IP Phone is, so you will need to assign a login ID and password in the IP phone settings MMC.

You will also require a license to use the softphone, and since its a IP device a MGI card (or license on the smaller systems) or OAS card will also be required.
