Hello everyone! I am in a battle with Verizon wireless. I can't forward a deskphone 5014D (on a 7400 system) to a verizon cell phone. any verizon cell phone. however, i CAN forward to cell phones with any other provider. I am being told that it is the phone systems fault (doubtful) and that my T310 timers need to be set to 30 seconds. I think I see them on the Installation Tool but am not supposed to share the MMC's on the forum. If someone could shoot me an email or PM me the MMC to check these timers I would appreciate it. I want to prove to them that they are wrong. Otherwise it would fail on all the phones from different providers.
Thanks, Scott

Are you using forward all, or foward DND? I ran into this with these types of forward...I had to set forward no answer and allow the call to ring at least 1 - 2 times before forwarding.

I am using forward all. i will try setting it to forward no answer. but wouldn't this happen to all carriers if it were a PBX problem?
Thanks, Scott

This is a long shot but try turning on ISDN PROG CONN and test it.
