Does anybody know if the voice packets between a ITP 5121 And a 7400 4.30i are encrypted and what type of encryption it may be. I have a customer wanting to know for network security.

They are not encrypted, just standard G.729 or G.711 depending on codec choice in IP Phone settings MMC.
*edit*
which means if your using G.711 anyone who sniff's the packets on the network can decode and listen to your conversation
