I have a customer with a 7400 v4.46d. They have a few in house IP phones. This is the email I got from the customer, I haven't seen this before. This IP phone is a 21 button v3.30.
"When the switchboard pages someone I hear it thru my phone, which of course is fine, but then I also hear the switchboard’s entire conversation thru my phone when that party calls back to the switchboard.
Plus now I’m hearing every answer of the phone to the switchboard from outside calls i.e. “Good morning, Mestek Machinery, May I help you?â€Â
Any thoughts?

Not sure about the issue but the latest release for the 21 button ip sets is 3.37. I would suggest upgrading the firmware of the phone to 3.37 and try if from there.
