Hi
I have a customer who has a 7200 system. They have asked if it is possible to produce a log of calls made per extension.
I assume this is possible in a hotel like mode but wondered if there was any other way?
Thanks
Jonathan

Use SMDR on port 5100. You dont have to use hotel mode. You can use call accounting software or you can Hyperterm to it and get a dumb report.

Thanks Bobby. I am trying to use PABXSoft to get access to the data but the system doesn't seem to be outputting. I've got the software set up to look at the MCP on port 5100.
As far as I can see in 5.6.3 and 5.14.7 everything is set correctly. Is there any further pointers you can give me?

PABXSoft has a guide to setting up samsung systems to collect via ip on the website.
Its for iDCS500 but its the same process, hasn't been updated with it tool sections, but does tell you what mmc's and what settings you need to change
