Hi, I am trying to set up sip trunking on our in house 7200s v4.46d. As far as I'm aware the port forwarding etc are ok. We are using Voiceflex in the UK. If I configure a sip phone such as X-Lite within my LAN everything is good, but when I configure the 7200s I cannot make outgoing calls via sip trunks(Opposite Hangup). Also the only way I can route an incoming sip to an extn is to put my account number in the ddi routing table. Any ideas or cheat sheet would be much appreciated. Thanks

Check your outgoing CLI number, as usually this has to be your account number or voip number.

The did is normal behaviour when the SIP carrier options is set to "follow DID".

Make sure any SIP ALG is turned OFF in your router, and check your private with public settings on the lan paramaters

Hi all,
I am also trying to connect sip trunk to the service provider, I arranged the sip stack and service available is YES.
And outgoing call are OK! But incoming calls can not reach system.
Sip Trunk configuration : incoming mode : follow did.

Is there anything to do? You wrote above IT 3.2.3 Did ringning should be writen as account number.
Is this account number user name of the Sip stack conf?
Thanks
