Hello folks;
I have a client that has a Cadence VM solution. They have just taken over this resort/hotel but they do not have the passwords to get into programming. Can we reset this password with out defaulting the entire system and thus having to revoice everything elsewhere in the system?

Are you looking to reset the password for the cadence admin mailbox or the phone system? If its the phone system you will probably need to default the system or contact Samsung if they still support it.
