Hello,
We have connected Office Serv 7100 IP Phones thru our Sonicwall. The phones connect to the network, see extensions, get dial tones, can can call out. But NO voice during the calls on either end, and same when we intercom thru the IP to the office, no voice.
Have read this forum and have opened up ports
TCP 1024-4099 TCP 5003 TCP 5090 UDP 6000 TCP 6100 TCP 30000-30031
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, a OfficServ Novice, just learning.

Try opening ports 9000 and 9001 tcp/udp.

Thanks so much, it got me on the way to the solution.
I opened up UDP 9000-9001 but it did not work, but then the log file showed me UDP 30000-30031 needed to be opened.
Then we got voice, THANKS so much.
Do you think 9000-9001 UDP still needs to be opened? Just wondering, what you think. Because until they were opened I never got the log error of UDP 30000-30031 being dropped.
