We have a couple outside salesmen who we forward no answer calls to their cell phones. The number that comes up is CID set up in ***. Is there a way to have the number of the person calling be the one that is sent to the salesmen cell phones? Thank you

Some telco companies will not allow you to pass CID if that number does not belong to the company itself. Are you using pots lines or pri?

Give this a try, worked for me, on an iDCS -100 system
: Turn OFF ext fwd cli, and turn ON repeat cli in mmc 4xx
: on an iDCS-500 unit, I had to have both of these set to ON, or YES
TimeWarner provides.

I have been able to send the caller id information to the cell phone but in order to do it i had to delete the cli on MMC321 on that set. My problem is when I am at my desk there is no caller id sent when making calls.
Any suggestions?

the MMC321 is the right area to put in the Caller ID you want..
And if you have something in there, then it OVERRIDES the CLI transfer.
So you are in a pickle...
Either transfer thru the outside callers CLI or push thru your CID when calling from your desk after setting the MMC321
I don't know a way to get both.
There maybe, I just don't know it..
Sorry..
Wait, just off the top of my head.. Maybe you can try turning on the MMC321, and then forward your calls that come in, to another "fake" extension, like, (example 310, or 3310), whichever you use for "external" extensions (3 or 4 digit extensions)
Then on the "fake" extension, put no number in MMC321, but do "forward" the CLI on that extension...
I'm not sure how the CLI will go, if you set your number you want reported on MMC321 on YOUR extension, with CLI Forward and set MMC321 with No Number for the external extension (3310)
Did I make sense on that?
Maybe it can work...
Maybe not..
But I have found, with Samsung.. to be... "Inventive"
Let me know
