Hello,
In our office we get a call, typically park it, and then page OH to let the person know they have a call on park for them.
The problem is if the person who was paged does not pick up the call, it never rings back to the original parking station.
Any help on where or how to set it up so say after 90S the parked call, if not picked up, will ring back to the original station, right now are customers are being left in no mans land if not picked up.
We are using the Web Admin software and can make changes there, but do not know where to look.

Park recall timer is what your looking for, based on what you've said its been set to 0 (ie calls remain on park indefinately)
I can't remember where in the web admin it is off the top of my head

Thanks for the feedback. For anybody else that has this problem.
I figured it out with the Web Software:
Telephone/Features/Transfer-Recall-Pickup Options:
Park Recall Time, and System Hold Recall Time are the items you want to change. Ours were defaulted to 280S, changed to 60S on each, much better for our customers on hold or park.
