Our parked calls are not ringing back to the original station if not picked up.
How do I set the park recall timer, we have the Web Software, not the IT tool.

Park recall timer can be adjusted in MMC501 system timers.

I figured it out with the Web Software:
Telephone/Features/Transfer-Recall-Pickup Options:
Park Recall Time, and System Hold Recall Time are the items you want to change. Ours were defaulted to 280S, changed to 60S on each, much better for our customers on hold or park.
