When I go into the Subscriber List area in my SVMi-20E, the users' names under the Subscriber column seem to be resetting from their name to their extension number. It doesn't happen to everyone and it seems to be random. Anyone ever see this problem?

If you have 2 or more extensions with the same name this will happen.
Check all your trunk/station/group names in MMC404/104/602 respecitvely for duplicates.
