Hello,
We want to use over the ear wired headsets (Plantronics) with our IDCS 28D Phones.
In order to use the headset we have to lift the cradle, and then place it back when the call is over.
Is there any way to get around this, can we just leave the cradle off-hook, or is there a headset enable/disable feature on the phone?
Thanks
