Tepri-a cards are easy to upgrade, but it will take about 20mins todo. Once you have uploaded the file to the MC (same as you did for the software upgrade)
You log into programming via KMMC and use the software download mmc to download the file to the tepri-a card.
This is one process that hasn't changed since the iDCS500, surely you did a couple of SCP(2) upgrades?

On flash upgrades across the system, like (MP10 to PRI) - have lots of patience. Whatever you do, don't interrupt the process thinking it 'locked up'.
Media is busy means the write is happening, just very slowly. One of our techs got impatient once uploading to an LCP card - not a good result.

Samsung can recover failed card upgrades, they did it for me once when I tried to jump too many versions at once on a SCP2/LCP2 on a system.
