I've just taken over an office, with a 16 station system. The owners went bankrupt and are gone, they left the phone for the next tenant
The new tenants want me to see if I can make it work for them.. and all seems great and works fine..
Except the Main Voicemail, Message 1001.
To change this, I call the VM, do the * - #0000 and when it asks for password, the default **** doesn't work.
I assume this has been changed.
I have connected the SIO port (serial) on the SVMI and am able to access the main screen, but when I press ESC, I get the ADMIN Prompt, and the default password **** won't let me in.
Is there a way to display the System Wide Parameters on the Phone to see this info..
When dialing 800 to get into Tech Mode, the default password **** works ok...
So I'm able to see, but not much into the SVMI-4e where i need too
Any Idea how I can "see" the password, or "reset" the VM, since we don't need the settings they had originally...
Thanks for any help

Thanks KX-T308, but if you notice.. I didn't post or ASK for any passwords... (I was the one that used asterisks instead of passwords... I know better)
I asked if there was a way to "see" them or "reset" the VM system...
But thanks for the "training"....
Thanks... Bunnie... Will look for your PM..

Thanks for the PM, Bunnie... I have tried what you suggested with the default password.. but it appears the previous tenants changed the default password.
So I was hopping there was an MMC that would let me SEE the System Wide Parameters in the SvMi-4e, but I don't think there is..
Anyone else got an idea how to "view" the system wide parameters of the Svmi-4e from the a hand set, using MMC's?
Thanks
