Hey guys, I kinda hate putting stuff up here like this, but I thought I could turn on auto camp-on and/or off hook ring and when an internal call rings at a busy sta it would camp-on. This only works on external calls. Am i missing something or what? Cust does not want to push the callback key, just fyi thanks.

Are you using Fwd NA, Busy, Busy/NA? Do you have available call buttons on the extension?

I think Otter has your clue, if you only have 1 call button, you need to spare out some other button so you have two call buttons.
