Hi There,
We had a pretty bad storm last night and all of our phones do not have the VMAIL option anymore to access our voicemail. We have a technician who can come out and look at this but he charges so much money and he overstays his welcome to soak up more money because he charges hourly. I was hoping I could get some help here?
Comdial Impact (8024S-PT) We're using KEYVOICE or INTERCHANGE -- I don't know which one it is for voicemail.
We can still access all of our voicemail by manually dialing it in, but it's driving us nuts to do that when we're so used to just pushing 'VMAIL' on our phone screen and prompts us for a password.
I've tried restarting the Interchange computer with no luck of fixing the issue.
Anyone have any ideas at all???

I can't help you with the Comdial, someone should be able to assist you in a little bit. I just wanted to ask you to say hello to Radar for us.

You've lost the serial link. This could be as easy as a disconnected cord. Your tech should be able to figure it out!
