On a IDCS500 is there a way to check PRI signaling & framing? We are changing carriers and want to make sure to match what we have. I'm pretty sure its B8ZS\ESF but just wanted to double check.
Thanks

I'm not familiar with the IDCS500 but if you can't find it in the IDCS500 system programming and your vendor can't get you that information.
First, get a new vendor
Second, call your current circuit provider and ask them to email you a provisioning sheet for your circuit. :thumb:

MMC 430 will tell you if it is NI2 (most often) or another type and you could just change that.
I don't remember a PRi that wasn't B8ZS\ESF.
Do you have a manual? Do you have a really good tech to do this?
Are you keeping the same number of channels?
Thanks, Bunnie
