We are using version 1.3.1.1 of the officeserv softphone and the audio will not work while over VPN. the ringer works fine, but when you pickup the handset you can be heard and you can not hear the other person. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try to disable the firewall on the PC. If it works you will need to make the necessary exception on the firewall settings.

Question 1 - Is your vpn ip in the same range as the MP/MGI cards?
Question 2 - and do you have private with public enabled for your MP/MGI cards?
If the answerer to Q1 is no, and Q2 is yes, then enter your vpn ip/range in MMC838
