I have an iDCS100 R2 system with multiple offices. The IP phones are in both the remote office and the main office. When the IP phone users call the Voice Mail they get the greeting as if they are an inbound caller. They don't get the log in prompt. The TDM phone users work normally. If I call the system from the PSTN and enter an extension and # I get the login prompt.
How do I get the login to work on the IP phones ? It has worked for several years. I did have to copy the block.tbl file from the default directory, thet had changed the system password. All other functions work OK.
Thanks

Have you done a vm download? Have you verified they are subscribers of the voicemail system? Also, Check what station type they are set as (on premise, off premise, etc.)

Sounds like the mailboxes for the itp handsets have been deleted (most likely when you copied the block.tbl file)
