I cannot figure out how to transfer a call using Centrex from a voice mail box. I set up the station block for centrex transfer 49, 9xxxxxxx,,H and it works. I can make a dial 600 block and enter 600 goto dial 600 in the menu and if you dial 600 at the menu greeting the call is transferred. But; how do you put this into the VM box? Need the caller to be able to use the directory to spell the name, than do the transfer to that persons cell phone. Most of the sales agents are never at their desk to check messages.
So the company does not want transfer callers to the stations or take messages but; only go to their cell phones.

Look at page 4 of your Eclass and page 2 of your Mclass. You can change which station block to use and set it for centrex transfer.

I Set the off Premise to Y and station type to centrex trandfer in both E-class and M-class. I'm still in the dark about the extension number to put on the Mailbox block. If I do not put any number there it takes a message if I put a station number the caller is tranfered to that. How do I get to go the the dial block and use that number. I tried to use 49,9xxxxxxx,,H in the extension box but would not accept it.

Only build a extension for each subscriber enter the cell phone number in the alternate number entry on page 1 of the extension. On page 1 of Centrex transfer block enter ??????? in the mathcing digit string.
